Pelopennesian 3-Handled Urn Peloponnesian 3-Handled Urn
(350-340 B.C.)

Most likely produced in a northern Peloponnesian workshop, this piece isn't really crockery at all. It's bronze! But it is similar to Greek crockery from the same period - so I like it all the same.

Because of its many handles and shiny metallic durability, this urn was as popular for lugging water as it was for collecting regurgitated nourishment. In fact, some people even used it for transporting cremation ashes! Now that's what I call real Pagan versatility!
